Responsive Maintenance

We have dedicated Responsive Repair Teams servicing a number of Housing Associations in London and the South East, providing a full residential repair service to tenants and leaseholders. In addition to a Day-to-Day service, we offer Out of Hours and Emergency Response through our Help Desk.

When we were appointed by your landlord to provide a repair service, they would have explained the process to report a repair. In some cases, your request comes directly to us or, alternatively, you may have to contact your Landlord first. We have agreed 'service levels' which grades the urgency of the repair. This agreement dictates how quickly we visit your home to attend to your problem.

We directly employ plumbers, electricians, plasterers and heating engineers to ensure you are allocated a skilled person to complete the repair quickly and efficiently. We may also be asked to complete repairs to communal areas such as stairwells, passage ways or pavements.



Void Refurbishments

Our Refurbishment Teams are very experienced in vacant property alterations with fast turn-around times to enable rapid re-letting of properties. Our Operatives are skilled and trained to NVQ standards and workmanship is of a high quality to ensure compliance with the Decent Homes standard. By managing the voids process as a whole and communicating with all parties concerned, we’ve significantly reduced void turnaround time and homelessness on many projects, helping to create a better environment for everyone.

We offer our responsive and maintenance service in conjunction with our Partnership arrangements with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and RSL’s to deliver Responsive Maintenance and Reactive Voids Repairs, to both primarily occupied residential and public buildings.



Cyclical Repairs & Refurbishments

We take a professional approach to planned maintenance and remain loyal to it’s key strength; high standard, excellent planning and effective management of budgets.

Our projects are carried out periodically and commissioned within the public and private sectors to range from exterior painting to a new boiler in a home. Skilled and reliable tradesmen specialising in these fields are selected according to the project and report to a dedicated contract manager.

As a Dulux Premier and TOR Coatings Partner we offer full external and internal decorations in many surface finishes.



Refurbishment

When we undertake a project in your home, we will visit you to discuss the work in detail. Your landlord may have asked us to install a new kitchen, bathroom or to decorate internal rooms. A Resident Liaison Officer will be available to help you through the whole process and ensure that we are always in touch to discuss any concerns you may have. We will go through the colour or design choices with you and help you choose flooring and door finishes. We realise how important your home is to you so we will try to keep any mess and noise to a minimum. Each evening we will make sure we leave your home clean and tidy and, if necessary, give you temporary cooking or heating facilities. At the end of our work together, you will be able to enjoy and be proud of your ‘new look’ home.

Our Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Teams are experienced in working in residential properties, communal properties, hospitals and schools. We provide a full Construction Design Management (CDM) service such as Design and Build to enable fast track projects.



Energy saving solutions for heating and power.

Following the introduction of Feed – In Tariffs (FITs) in April 2010, photo voltaic (PV) panels are now considered a way to earn additional income and reduce carbon emissions.
